Hi all!
I know it's been a long time since I last posted. I have been under the water, sick and had no inspiration what so ever. I still feel a bit uninspired, but I suppose I can't have it all back at once, now can I?
I recieved an award from the wonderful Leaonna, I feel so blessed to see she's still thinking of me, even though I've just "disappeared". Here it is:
I'd like to forward it, but since I really don't know if anyone is still reading my blog, I'm not sure who to give it to.. Leaonna would get it, if she wasn't the one I recieved it from.. June would too, and Tracy aka Lattedah Designs.. But then again, I would love to see if anyone even gets here nowadays ;o)

I will try to get busy working on some layouts, I am not all that inspired, but I di have some nice filters for my new CS4, that might help!!

I will try to be a better digidesigner/scrapper and update more often again!!

Hi all!

I have the great tracy in our Ct, and since she was the first to join me, and after all her promoting of me and us, it's the LEAST I can do to promote HER a little too!
She started as a newbie digiscrapper, just like me.. And, just like me, she has started to test her wings as a designer too!
The main difference between me and her, is the skills, I think..*lol* My first attempt was some frames, not very bad, but not nearly as good as Tracys Country Coffee Kit!

Hey there..
I'm in a loposting flow I guess, haha..
I made one lo early this mornin with Thelma, my neighbours daughter, and now I made another one with Thelma and her mom.. The last one of them was made to enter a challenge over at Cen's loft. You're supposed to bring in a circle into the lo.
But first, the morning lo:
I used the freebie called My own love from June /Cen's Loft and I added some items from our Baby girl kit too. I also made a brand new bow from a freebie action I found at Mega Doodle Inspired.

Here's the challenge layout. I made the items one by one.. and I actually saved it too..*lol* and I'll make some more I think and give away as a freebie.. check the Scrapoholic Blog to get it soon..

I made some lo's..

Hi all..
I haven't forgot about this blog, I have been really busy woking on the other blog and the site though.. Sorry but here I am again! *lol*
First I made this:
It's me and Hera feb 13th 2008. I made the lo from Sammy D Designs kit Daisy Days. A very pretty kit if you ask me!
It's available in the SDK store under designer Sammy D Designs.

The next one is made from G Dupus kit A la Folie, also available in the SDK store under designer Gwenevive Dupus. I love the frame and the colors are really beautiful too, even though I'm not at all into orange tones.. strange!
The pic of Lazy was taken this weekend over at Peter's.

This one I made from the Spring Horse Kit 1&2 made by me. It's available in the store at the Scrapoholic Site. Click Scrapoholic Kits.
The pic is Tella, a 6 months old filly looking on me from above, that's the reason for the weird look and angle ;o)

This one is made from Karel's kits Spring and A Sunshiny Day. I tend to scrap animals, as you can see..*lol* This year most of the lo's have been about horses, so I thought I'd put in something else, and so it happened to be lambs and sheep..*lol* Karel had the sweet lambs in her A Sunshiny day kit, and that's where I took off..
It's all available at Crafty Accents.

This one I made when i saw Karels kit called Chill out. I think the icecubes illustrate pretty well how I feel about this picture, hehe.. Nemo has got to be crazy to stick his nose into all that snow.. Brrrr.. I'm just glad we don't have snow anymore, we've had snow for like 2 or 3 weeks totally, and I'm soo happy to not have it, I hate freezing and getting wet! (One can't think I've been working with horses for 10 years, huh? All you ever get is wet and cold or swetty and dirty, haha)

I felt like I had to show off my lo's, and I'll get them all into the galleries too, I just have to scrap some of Michelle's stuff too!
Or wait, I did make her 2 BB pages for the February challenge over at Craftyscraps.. here they are, they'll be available as feebies in the end of the month!

Be nice, this is my very first BB page ever..*lol*
It's made from some of Michelle's earlier work, like the frames. The bows are coming back in different kits, but these were taken form on of her Snow Lovies kits. It's kinda hard to rememer the names of all the kits I included, so have a go and look in her store if you like anything! At least I kinda like the lo.. in the end..
And of course I brought Hera in on it too.. *lmao* I really love that horse, so sweet and kind and still just 3 years old.. I'm gonna break her in this spring, let's see if I still love her after that..*lol*

Here's the other BB page I made for Michelle. This one is made from some of her later kits, such as the I love you and Valentine kit. I also used the frame in her kit Hoppin' cute and turned it into pink instead of green ;o)

OH, and before i go, I recieved a gift from Carolyn K.. She made a lo from my Color Challenge Kit ( Freebie) and I love what she did!! Cori Ann, her daughter, won a singing contest a while back, and this is how happy she was!
Thank you Carolyn, for taking the time to make this and send it to me! Means a lot!! *hugs* AND: I recieved a late christmascard yesterday! It was a snowglobe from Carolyn, I was all excited, and so was Lucas, he LOVES getting mail, and he dressed up the snowman with the stickers really well, haha.. THANK YOU Carolyn, so sweet of you! And you're right, better late than never!

Now I'm off again, need to zip up some things and post in groups and other nice things that comes with being a designer.. lots of fun!

Found a contest I entered

I may be busy, but I was told there was a contest going on over at Gottapixel, and so I enteredwith this little layout, made from our new Baby Boy kit, plus some items I recolored from my other kits..
The shelf is the one I made you as a gift if you join our group.. I think it's sooo cute. And now you see it in use!
But I'd be very surprised if i won with this one, since i made itin like ten minutes, maybe 15..*lol*
Doesn't matter to me either, the important thing is to have some FUN! And after making all the freebies and kits this week, I needed a rest and some scrapping time..*lol*
I still need to figure out a new challenge for tomorrow.. Hm.

Hey there all of you!
First, THANK YOU for all the visits on both the blog and the site on our first day. That's great, I never would have imagined so many people would wanna come here ;o)
Leaonna and I have been in an overdrive..*lol* and we have made you some upcoming kits, they are done and so on, but we need to get Peter (my sweetheart that makes the site for us) to get it into the store too.
He's Mr Patience himself..*lol* We keep changing our minds and getting new ideas and so on, and he just keeps doing as I ask him to.. no wonder I love him! Oh, Happy Valentines Day by the way!

Hi all.. I feel really happy to even be able to post this.. I had a SERIOUS CRASH last night, wasn't a pretty sight, let me tell you. I couldn't open my CS2, I couldn't use IM Messenger, I couldn't use MSN, I was unable to go online, and when I finally could I couldn't go anywhere else but to Hotmail and a swedish site I visit a lot (Aftonbladet). Really weird.
I have been working on this all night, and I FINALLY got it to work pretty ok again, good enough to make you a prewiew of today's freebie, and post here, hehe... Thank you, god!
Well, today is a big day.. I decided to ask you to go to our new site to get the goodies!!

Today's work!

Hey all..I update this one instead of making a new post..
I made anew lo from Sammy D Design's (over at SDK) kit Daisy Days. Really cute one!
Here's my layout!

I have been busy with some other things than scrapping and designing today, but I still made a little kit and another layout.. The layout is made from Michelles Country Pals kit, and looks like this:
The people who own the horses I train, also has a lot of sheep, and it's a busy time this time of the year.. Right now they have over 160 lambs and counting! Lucas loves feeding the ones who are separated from their siblings or mother for some reason, with a bottle of formula ;o)
And I have to say they're really CUTE!*lol*

I also made my part of the contribute to help saving a great freebiesite by getting designers together to make a huge collabkit that we promote and sell really cheap, and everyone that buys, will get the entire kit, and it'll be a LARGE one!! Here's what my part looks like, we worked from a given colortable.

More info on this kit will be posted on Wednesday!
I think I need to go downloading and upload some lo's to galleries.. Take care all of you!

Busy weekend..

Hey there,

I hope you all had a great weekend. Me, I did something weird to my back when I was in the stable, so I'm in pain on and off, but it's getting better, and I have had this type of thing before, it'll go away if I take it easy, just annoying that it goes out in my left arm too.. the pain I mean..*lol*
Well, anyway. as usual I took some pics during my visit in the stable, and since I'm back on karel's CT, I used a couple of her newer kits for two layouts, I just made them, hope you liek them.. looks like this:

This is Tella, the 6 month old filly I'm learning to be separated from her mom.. she's a cutie, and really nice to handle too.. a little bit shy at first, but it got better within minutes!
I made this from the Polkadot Spring Kit by Karel, soo nice!

Here's Peter, also a horselover...
(FINALLY, nobody in my family ever cared for horses the way I do..) and he helped me out by holding Tella's mom Tärna (Taerna for you in english speaking countries..*lol*) during m walk away from her.. he had a pain in hos arm after my walk, since mommy didn't wanna let her daughter leave, hehe.. the daughter, on the other hand, didn't mind leaving mommy to take a walk with the stranger (me) at all.. Ever heard of horsenapping, huh? *lol*
Well, I made this lo from Karel's Daisy Delight Kit.. also a pretty one!
I hope I can find the time to scrap some more tomorrow.. as for now, I need to make some items for a charity collab kit that will help save the best of freebie sites, Digiscrapdepot.com.. over 13000+ freebies!!
But they need some money to keep it going. Scrapoholics will try to help!
So I'm sorry, I better get busy now!

I first thought I'd do some overlays, but I really didn't feel inspired for that, so I ended up with some clips and tags instead, hope you can use'm ;o) Here's the prewiew:

I sure hope you will send some of your layouts my way, so we can see what happened to our creations (Me and Leaonna I mean..*lol*)
If you're not a designer, you have NO idea how much it means to have a look at what people make every once in a while.. to see others make something from your stuff, that you'd never have thought about yourself, gives such a boost to create something more!! Same thing about the simple saying thanks..
LOTS of people don't, and I can admit I didn't either at first, but I once visited one of my favorite blogs, Ditters and Doodles, and the designer over there, said she'd stop designing since she kept finding her creations on other people's blogs and even in stores, but claimed to be somebody elses. (How a designer can steal from somebody else is nothing but a mystery to me.. isn't it kinda obvious it'll be discovered sooner or later? Imagine the reputation the stealing designer could get.. yikes!)
That plus the fact that a freebie with like 1000 downloads got maybe 20 thank you's.. can you imagine how disappointed that woman was?

Me, I take it as a compliment to even get a download, but I sure look thru the comments and it makes me really happy to see them.. It takes almost no time, but it means so much.. so please, don't just assume that designers should be happy for each download.. some are, of course, but others need some feedback or a nice comment if they are in a lack of inspiration!

Just a little reminder, doesn't mean you have to say thanks all the time of course, but if you knew how much time was spent on every single item in your freebies, maybe even you would have wanted a thank you or a comment about it if YOU made it! Ever thought of THAT? *lol*

Oh well, off to the freebie I guess.. grab it here. Me, Im about to make some other items and I also need to make a friend a favour and well, it never ends, but it's great fun! Take care, all of you! Small changes to get you used to it, step by step..

Hehe, I changed my top banner to another one, just to get my visitors used to the idea that I am no longer just "Nexa designs" but a part of Scrapoholic designs, a teamwork between me and Leaonna. I hope you like this header, 'cause it'll be used on our upcoming site, and me and Peter are really trying hard to make it a good one even though there are limitations since a lot of web hosts don't accept ASP code.. so we had to change to HTML so now we're trying to make it look good anyway!
This may result in a little bit less activity on this blog, but it'll be SO worth it in the end!
Please overlook me not being a great designer or scrapper right now, ok? *lol*
I'll get back on track, I promise!!

I made a shelf with two photoframes on it.. looks like this with photos in it:

Would anyone be interested in a thing like this, is my question? Me, I think it looks kinda cute, but that's probably because I made it.*lol*
So please comment and I also had an idea for a magifying glass.. anything you'd like?

Hey there!

I want to tell you all there's a new member on our CT, Cindi. She's very gifted and makes BEAUTIFUL QP's and Bragbook pages, and hopefully she'll make us some to share with you too!
We also have TARA in our CT now, thanks for joining us, sweetie!
tara is currently not set up with a blog, but it'll be here!
I am THRILLED to have had so many talented women in our CT, THANK YOU all for applying!!
Me and Leaonna will send out links to all the kits to all of you all together, so all the new stuff will be included, but FEEL FREE TO COLLECT FREEBIES on our blogs, and make things from them for now!

Yesterday I was all wrapped up in animals..*lol* First I spent more or less a whole day making the froggy kit items and Qp, with a LOT of help from the lovely Leaonna..(WHO HAS MORE FROGGY AND VALENTINES FREEBIES ON HER BLOG, CLICK LINK!!!)
and then I got started on a teddy kit, that didn't turn out as I wanted it to. so I had Leaonna making me the teddy in another way, and hopefully thatll be better..*lol*
Finally I downloaded a new cool kit from June, called "Go Wild", and here's a lo I made from it!
This is my uncle, Magnus, aka Macke. He breeds snakes, so what kit is better suited to scrap with than this one? *lol* I have to admit I fell TOTALLY in love with the snake on the paper too.., but there are more in this kit.. have a look!
As usual, June uses lovely colors..
I think this is a very cute kit, great for making zoopages and more.

I feel a lot better now, if I am not still all ok, but I'm up and running..*lol*
And I do feel good enough to have made you a freebie, with lots of help from Leaonna.. she's such a sweetheart.
A while ago she sent me a pic of her favorite, a frog, and I colorized it, and started making some papers with it.. and today she gave me some items she made too, and so we ended up having a froggykit all of a sudden, as we were chatting and designing at the same time. I just love it when that happens..
*lol* that's the fun times, when everything just comes naturally!

..When I had a look around in the SDK gallery, i found one of the members in June's CT's layouts, and she is really talented, Kim, and let me tell you I just bursted into a LOUD laugh when I saw... this:This was made from June's Purrfect kit, a really nice one, and let me tell you I LOVE what KIM made here.. As for me, I made a lo from the just as talented Pammy J's kit It's in the genes. It's a freebie, also available on her blog ;o) I made the frame myself, but the rest is Pammy's stuff. Here's my lo:
I just LOVE the embroidered flowers.. just BEAUTIFUL, Pammy!! And the lace-looking ribbon.. wow, so cute! And even though I'm not much of a patternperson, I have to say i like this paper..*lol* plus I seem to have been taking on a challenge with myself, I tend to always take the paper with a lot of patterns first when I scrap now, just to see if I can pull it of..*LMAO* Silly, I know, but I feel like I'm starting to get the hang of it though.. I just need to learn to add more patterns to my own papers too..*lol* that'll be my next step, I guess, haha.
K, I need togo and check my emails, I'm kind waiting for some things so I can make tomorrow's freebie for you all.. it'll be a cute one, let me tell you!

Hey all..
I did some scapping again, just two lo's this time.
First I made a lo from My and Leaonna's Valentine Kit. She's putting it in her store tonight, so have a look! Here it is:Pic was taken last wednesday! He is a sweetie sometimes, huh? *lol*

I also made another layout using Michelle's Hoppin' Cute kit, and it turned out like this:
Lucas loves taking a bath, and playing is even more fun. Especially if you make a "beard" hehe.

Well, I won't keep you, I just wanted to show my creations.. not too bad for a migraine day if you ask me!

What a weekend!!

Hey all..

I'm back home.. and OMG was I frustrated to be away when I checked my emails really fast and saw a comment from "Poohbear" saying she couldn't join my group!!
I tried to access it myself, and couldn't and I really couldn't stay at the computer either..
So to make it up to all of you, the challenge will be open for the entire week, until friday, when I post another one, ok?
I recieved a layout from Michelle who entered this the very first challenge, and I also posted a lo myself too (have a look at the photo section in the group homepage) and here's Michelles lo, they really seem to have a lot of fun ;o)

Thanks Michelle, for taking part in this challenge. I'll send you the kit asap.

I also recieved another pretty layout from Michelle made by my kit, that you get for joining my group.. It's in memoriam of Brittney's grandmother, I'm so sorry for her loss, she's in my thoughts and prayers.
I do however love this layout.. Thanks to both of you, Brittney for the picture and Michelle for taking the time to make the layout and sharing it with me.

The group is also up and running again, thanks to the fabulous Leaonna, *thanks, sweetie, for responding to my emergency mail..* and finally, I've added another member of the CT, Angela.
She just got in today, and I don't know if she's even read about it herself, but she sent me a stunning layout and she seem really talented, both to digiscrapping and designing, since she has some really cute freebies on her blog (click her name on the right) and I bet she will be a grat member of the CT.
The call will be out there for a while longer, since Leaonna has made a beautiful CT call, and we want MORE PEOPLE applying! Even people to test our actions and styles are needed.. so please, let us hear from you!

A quickie,, layout.

Hey guys,

I'm still making your freebie for today, it got late today since I had to do some serious cleaning plus hang out with my mom and get Lucas some new shoes, plus a lot of other stuff.. but I didn't forget!
I made a layout the other day, and forgot to post it (it was really late) and here it is:

I love this lo, since it makes me smile every single time I see it..*lol* this horse, Hera, really makes love to the camera.. first she spotted me far far away and just looked straight at me, then she started moving towards me, and then she just stood up for me, for about 30 minutes she POSED!!! That horse is a real model ;o) (And she's cute, isn't she?)

Weekend Scrapping

Hi there..
So I haven't been all to creative this weekend, two reasons: a) I felt kinda bad emotionally, maybe stress, maybe something else, I don't know. No inspiration anyway. b) Peter was here and I wanted us to get some quality time too..
But after he left and I felt better again, I got Lucas to color this cute lo from one of Michelles latest kits, My First Layout. Here's what he did:

Lucas also choosed the picture, from last summer when he got his very own 4 wheeler.

I also made a layout using Michelles latest (BEAUTIFUL) kit Plum Love, here it is:

Nemo and Lucas both fell asleep in the same corner of my couch at New Years Eve 2007/2008. Seems like I'm not the only one falling asleep inthe couch after all..*lol*
The good thing is Nemo is a relaxed dog and doesn't suffer from all the fireworks at new years eve.. I'm so glad none of all the dogs I had ever cared about fireworks.. I feel so sorry for all of those who are so afraid they just shake and try to hide and so on.

Ok, I also made a lo from some stuff Leaonna created, and here it is:

The kit I used is her Vintage Kit. Thank you Lea! NOTE, the envelope and the ribbon are made from papers in the kit but not added as items of it.
I made this last friday but didn't have the time to add it here then.

I just wanted to post some lo's..
Here is what I've made today so far:

This is one of Lazy's kittens.. cazzandra. I made this one with the freebie Spice of Life over at Cen's Loft. The frames are also made by June, and they are available in her store over at Scrappindigikreations.com

This is Django, the father of my friend's puppies. She runs a kennel.
I made the lo from the kit Sweet Life by Lorie M at SDK
and so is the one below :o)

And now we have some more horses..*lol*

This is the last one for now..*lol* and it's made from a kit called fabulous Life by Doreen Stoltz, also a SDK designer! They do make some great stuff, don't they? I feel really happy to have become a CT for them.. *thanks, Sammy..*

I need to make some dinner before I get Lucas from his daycare now, so I'l be gone for a while.. but I'll be back!!

I finished up Monica's Pomeranian kit

Ohh, I am kind of proud of myself.. I just finished up the Pomeranian Kit for Monica.. I hope she'll like it.. it was great fun to make, but a little hard to find good things to use, so I ended up making lots of frames! *lol* But I really like this kit, and if you do too, you should know it'll be in my store soon..

I also got one of the nicest compliments I've ever had, from my designer Robyn tonight.. She's had a break from designing and scrapping, shesaid she just didn't feel like it.. and I can see why since she was all into it for some time.. but then she stopped all of a sudden.
Tonight I asked her to see my blog, and she did, and she actually felt an urge to scrap again, after seeing my stuff and layouts!
How about that?! If THAT's not a nice compliment, to make someone who didn't want to scrap for over a month, WANNA scrap and actually join in on my challenge right away too, then i don't know what is..*lol*
Thank you Robyn, I'm really happy to have made you like scrapping again!! *lol*

Another creative day...

Hi there..
So this has been a new creative day. I took a lot of time to upload lo's to galleries online, but that ment I had to resize lots of lo's first, since there are different limits for maximum size in every gallery.. *why not keep it to ONE max size? grr..*I'm far from done, but I needed a break, and so I started making the pomeranian kit for monica, and I'm half done, haha.. Once I start, I can't stop!!

I have also planned for tomorrow's freebie, since it's humpday. I never got what that means, but I know most designers give away freebies that day, and so will I.

I actually did some scrapping too.. When I cleaned a little on my computer, I found a kit I've been looking for.. Ingeborg's Garden by June over at Cen's Loft. It's a lovely kit in blue and purple tones.. here's my lo:

This is Lucas and his dad spending some time. We don't get to see him too often, since we live about an hour drive apart.. plus he's always busy.. but when we do we make sure to take some pics ;o)

I love this kit, and I'm trying to get the hang of making a rikrak like the ones on this lo.. I'm almost there.. *lol* i know how to make a similar one, but I want it more like this..*never happy, am I? * I'll make it soon, I'm sure!

Need to take care of Lucas now, feed and bath him and get him into bed.. after that I'll be back for a while before I go to bed too.. a little bit earlier than last night I hope.

Hehe, I'm still here! And it's past 1am here.. so I'm a bit tired, but that's ok!
I still feel very creative,and so I made some more lo's.. Here they are:

This was made from the collab kit FREEBIE over at SDK.. get it you too! It's Nemo running in the forest behing my house, half way to Lucas' daycare! He was SO happy ;o)

Here's one I made from Michelle's kit Morning Whispers. A really nice kit in beautiful colors! I like how Michelle manages to make the kits playful and funny and yet beautiful and "grown up".. Love this kit!

This is made from another one of Michelle's kits, called Olive Delight. It's a nice kit with pretty colors, and beautiful items!
The pics were taken in July of 2007 when the grandchildren to the horse's owners took a ride at Lyster. He would never try to mess around when he have kids on his back, he's the greatest! But even though he had young riders, they seem to have wore him out..*lol*

Finally I wanna show you a lo I got from Leaonna, she made it from my Hoofbeats kit, upcoming one ;o)
Cute filly.. *lol* THANK YOU Leaonna!! Now i just need to correct some things in my previous post, then i'm off to BED!! For REAL this time, hehe..

Ok, so now I'm back with an update on what's been made today.
I finished teh gift for Michelle, who loves wolfes, and I hope she can use it.. I told you i'd post a prewiew of her gift after i knew she recieved it, and now I do so here it is:

It's just something i made for fun, but maybe it's useful in some way too.. I hope so..

I also made a layout for Leaonna, that girl is SO talented!

I also made a layout for Scrappin Digi Kreations and I used a kit that would go wit almost any theme.. Doreen Stoltz is the designer of the kit called Fabulous Life.
Here's what I made. I stick to the horsey theme..*lol*

I never used fasteners like these before, but they were kind of neat, so I think I'll do it again ;o)
It was a great kit to work with, lot of nice papers, beautiful colors that goes wel with more or less anything, and well, I just love the lo even if the pics are far from perfect because of the shadows..*lol*

AND.. I also want you tosee the BEAUTIFUL lo's I got from Tracy where she used my Beloved Baby kit.. Maybe I should tell you why I named it to something like that..
I have a friend who lost her twins, and she is in to "regular"scrapping, and wanted me to help her get started with digiscrapping, and she told me she'd love to scrap her lost babies, and so I made this kit.. but it is in no way a kit made for sadness, it's brightly colored and it's just the name that is a bit sad..

Anyway, here's Tracy's first lo:

I like this one.. All items but the doodle is from the kit! Really nice work, Tracy!! Well done!

Here's the next one.. even better I think!

I just love this one, it's so COOL with the bubble water toned into the paper above.. GREAT design! The items used from my kit are papers and stitches and a twisted ribbon :o)
She's so talented, Tracy.. I still can't belive she's a newbie.. she's better than me lots of times..hehe at least when it comes to variating her lo's. **I hope I spelled that right..**

Started this day by making some lo's and QP's..

Hi all.

Today is the first day of my full time designer/digiscrapper life. And so I started off by getting all those darn "ops, I was supposed to get that kit"- links that I well, not forgot, but thought "another time, when I am not so busy.." Jeeezus, that's the most stupid thing I've ever done. ADVICE: Don't put things in front of you or they'll become a MOUNTAIN to clear off, sooner or later!

Anyway, so I got some of the new kits from Michelle/Craftyscraps, she made this LOVELY "I love you" kit, and I usually have a little bit of a hard time making more than one or two lo's from a kit (at least if i should keep it to that kit ONLY) but this was easy-peasy!
I made some quickpages for her, maybe she'll give them away on her blog, I don't know.. and well, I made a lo too, of course!! *lol*

The game "Neighbours from hell" is sooo much fun, and even though it can be pretty violent since the man living in the house you're sneaking into and crack jokes on, beats the **** out of you if he walks in to you preparing a joke or just not hiding fast enough, Lucas loves it. So do I, hehe..

To end up this post, I'll tell you about my afternoon..
I'm gonna make something for Michelle, a belated birthday gift. I'll post a pic of it after i know she got it.. don't want to reveal it here, I know she's looking in every day here.. *lol*
I'm also gonna scrap some more for june and for SDK.. I downloaded some nice things before, and i need to catch up a little!
Tonight I'll try to make some items for my and Leaonnas collab kit.
Oh, did I post the prewiew of the OTHER horsey kit I made? I don't think so.. well, here's a lo I made from it.. not including a lot of the items, but still a lo..*lol*

There are four papers like this one in this kit.. amd some more frames, single buttons and a wordart and more!
This will come to the store once I get my site opened! **Waiting for my internet supplier to send me some things so I can upload the page.. it's done more or less.. hate waiting! **

Back home, tired but happy ;o)

So I've been away for the weekend, and today i went horseback riding. It seem like I am not the only one who's put on some weight over the weekends, the horse, Lyster, has too.. WOW was he looking fat with just the saddle on, hehehe.. Well, he has had some lazy days since his owner has got to work with some other stuff too, and so he and his friends, Hera, Tärna, and her daughter (Hera's aunt..*lol* weird) Tella have been moping around doing nothing in their paddock.
I got some shots of the horses after and before I got up on Lyster, and my mom actually took a lot of pics of me and the horses, has to be the first time EVER, she is DEAD scared of horses!!

I made the papers from the ones in my Babykit, and the stitches are in there too.. The heart embie is in my and Leaonna's upcoming Valentine's Kit!
Here's a lo I made just to see if I could use lots of pics in a lo.. I'm NOT good at that, but I have to practice ;o) Lucas was helping me out, so he's on some of the pics too. He loves horses just as much as I do!! *lol*

Before we started getting Lyster ready, we fed some of the lambs on the farm.. There are 16 right now, will be like 300 more until april... Lucas loves them!

My new site is almost done, and some special people has even seen it, and likes it, and that feels good.. but I need to relax some time too, and since i've been working all weekend and all week long on the site, with my boyfriend (we just got home last night from his place..) I'm kind of taking this day off.. I'll zip some files and upload and give the links to my Ct, and I'll answer my emails, but then I'm off watching a movie and eating some donuts and just spending some ME time!! hehe.. thanks god for daycare! (I've had Lucas running around me all the time, and now it's his first day of LONG days at his daycare, and it feels SOOOOO good!) I'll also think of some items for the collab kit I'm making with Leaonna.. a valentine one, but not really traditional, or well, you'll see, hehe..

Hi all!!
Happy new year, I hope it was a GREAT day for you all.. it was to me!

I'm all busy creating things for the new website I'm making, and I'm thinking of putting a freebie here asap, but I have to finish up some kits **BRAND NEW ONES** before I can make you something, since I only have until January 8th to make the major changes.. After that, it'll be better, promise ;o)

At least I thought I'd show you some of the stuff I made, so here it is.. *lol*

Playtime and riding a bike..

Hello..

I made another layout, since my son got to see his dad today (again) and i brought the camera!!
They are very much alike, nut it's not that easy to see.. if you haven't seen Lucas' dad, that is.. *lol*
Well, here's a layout I made from the November kit in the " a year in review" kit by G Dupus over at Scrappin digi kreations.

I made the green paper myself, since there were only patterned papers in the november kit, and I didn't want to take a paper from any of the other kits until I made a lo from all the kits in the rewiew collection.. and there are lots of colors and things in the pics, and so I thought it would look kind of messy to use another patterned paper..
(I simply picked the green color from the striped paper, filled a new document with it and added some film grain, size 4 and then burned the edges a bit, that's how "complicated" that paper was, hehe.)
I don't have too many pics of lucas and his dad, so I liked the oppurtunity to get these.. *lol* and I think both of them enjoyed playing ;o)

Here's another lo I made from different kits and freebies made by june over at Cen's loft and she's also one of the scrappin digi kreations designers ;o)
I used the fairy kit papers, and some embies from her teddybear freebie and the train freebie. Really cute kits all of them!!
Ok, here's the lo:

Pics were taken today, dec 26th about 50 yards from our home ;o) and the sleepy pic was taken about two hours ago, when he'd fallen asleep on the couch..*lol* Seeing dad, playing, riding a bike and watching tv is a handfull for such a small boy!!
So I did a layout about that!

Hi there..

Sorry I haven't been here, I was away for the holiday, and so I didn't get to a computer.. I did however take som pics of our christmas celebration, for the first time ever..*lol* normally we donät take pics at christmas, I don't knaow why.. but now I did!
I got a digital camera myself too, so from mow on I can take my pics without planning ahead to borrow a camera.. sooo nice ;o)

Lucas has got the Chicken Pox, that's why he's got so many spots all over.. *lol* but he was (is) happy anyway!!

Hi all,

I kept making some horsey layouts.. here they are:

Made this one from one of the kits in the "A year in rewiew kit" by G Dupus /Scrappin Digi Kreations.

This is Chablis, a racehorse I met a couple of years ago. I made the lo from the February part of the "A year in review kit" by G Dupus at Scrappin Digi Kreations.

This one is made from a pic of a friends Norwegian Fjord, and I made the layout from a freebie over at Cen's Loft, "Neutral Paper pack", plus I recolored some other freebie items from June/Cen's loft, who is also a designer over at Scrappin Digi Kreations.

I got a bit tired of making christmas layouts, I think I'll get back to that AFTER christmas again, when I MIGHT have more photos ;o)

Sorry I haven't been around as I used to.. It's a busy time here, we've been christmas shopping, cooking, decorating and- running between meetings. Plus Lucas just got the CHICKEN POX! Great timing, don't you think? *lol*
Well, step backwards a little.. I've been running on meetings lately, since I got the chance to start learning even more as a designer and more about computers in general too, and I got the oppurtunity to make the digiscrapping and designing my full time work, with Lucas on daycare so I can focus a lot better too!
So my boyfriend, who's a wis on webdesign, agreed to help me create a new site where I'll have not only freebies, a blog and galleries for my and my CT's/customers layouts made from my creations, but also a store.
It'll have a pretty easy address, something like Nexa.se or something.. Not decided yet. Any suggestions are more than welcome ;o)
In the future, I might even start a forum if I get a lot of visitors, but that's far ahead in the future! *lol*
This thing with me getting into digiscrapping and all, starts January 8th, and hopefully there will be a site then, but if not, I'll start out here until it's finished!

So tell me, what kind of things would you like me to have as freebies or kits? Color themes? special items? or anything else?? Please tell me, this is a chance for you to get what YOU want from scratch ;o)
Most of my present freebies will be gone then, I might add, but I'll make new ones, of course..
I'm thinking of a scheme (weekly) between 9am and 4.30 pm and 1 hr lunch, and I'll put in everything from "inspiration surfing time" to tutorial testing to freebiemaking to kitmaking and scrappingtime for CT's (and for my own pleasure of course) and that's the better way to get something done, I think!!

How about that? *lol* I'm all excited anyway, it'll be sooo much fun!

I fell in love with both of the frames, so I'll make something from the other one too, but here's the first one ;o)

Ok, so I made two more lo's tonight.. Both uses the kit Love u 2 pieces by Gwenevere Dupus and the blue one uses the kit Baby blocks kit by Shannon J too.
Here they are!

I used a pic of Lucas where he was about three months old, just like Freja is on her pic.. Just to show any similarities a little bit easier ;o)

This lo was made from pics taken on Lucas' 1st year, 2005. The pic with the dummy is the only one I have, since he didn't want to use it from about 5 months of age, and he rarely had it even before that.. hehe..

Hi all!
I just wanted to make a quick post to brag a little, hehe.. Or well, show off my latest lo, I just finished it, I made it from a kit called Love U 2 Pieces by Gwenevere Dupus over at Scrappin digi Kreations. It's a BIG kit, but really nice and lots of cute embies and not to mention the papers.. I'm not all into patterns, as I've said before, but these are really easy to work with!! *lol*

So here it is.. My very first lo for that CT:

The pics were taken near my parents home when we took a walk.. Lucas just wanted to play, and so we let him..*lol*

I also made a new lo from Leaonna's latest kit.. Here it is:
Really bright colors, but still really great kit if you ask me! It also includes pink items, but I wanted to keep it to purple and green ;o) Thanks for letting me work with this, Leaonna!

Finally, I have a little QP to show you, my version of the QP I made as a "sneek peek" for the upcoming kit.. *no, I don't know how long it'll take to finish it.. hehe.. *

I got inspirated, and bought some cute graphics over at Digiscrapkits.com by designer Trina Clark. And so I started making a new storekit, NOT a christmas one ;o) I'm back on the dog track hehe..
So I thought I'd give you a taste of what I'm making by giving you a quickpage, among with two other qp:s made by Robin on my CT.. She's so sweet to make those.. They're made from my reindeerkit you get as a freebie when you buy anything in my store, and from the colorchallenge kit I made a while ago.

I felt like scrapping, so I got in to the DSO store and bought a super cute kit from Lpand3dogs designs.. SOOO cute! *link goes to her blog.. not the store!*
Here's what I made from it:

The text is not included in the kit, I made it from the font "snowcaps" (available at dafont.com) by clipping it out in one of the papers included in the kit! Thanks to Lynne for creating this wonderful kit! It's actually my first BOUGHT kit..*lol* It's on sale, as a lot of other items there, so maybe it would be a nice idea to check out the store there? They seem to have lots of great kits and stuff! I got really inspired, hehe..
Hmm, I'll go post it in my gallery over at DSO and tell her, as a designer I know how fun it can be to see what people made from the creation I spent hours on..

Hi.. I'm back and I've made some small changes here..
First, I moved the storelink so you can always see it and get there easy. Then, I made a new blinkie for you to grab. (on the right) And I also added a new CT blinkie, since Leaonna on my CT, wanted me in HER CT as well.. and who am I to say no to a great friend? *lol* She's doing beautiful things, and if you haven't already been to her blog, I suggest you go there soon!! There are FREEBIES, guys, hehe..

Another new thing will be something maybe not all that fun, but I decided not to give away freebies as often as I do now, I'm all stressed out and I don't want to feel like I "have" to make a new freebie, I think that might take the fun out of it.. I may be wrong, but I think there's a risk..
So I'll post some freebies a week, but not every day.
Since I'm now also in the CT for Scrappindigikreations.com *they haven't sent me a blinkie yet, but I am..*lol* promise, hehe* plus Leaonna and the old ones, I feel like I might need some scrapping time too, not just designing time ;o)
I'll try to catch up on MY CT's freebiekits I promised them, and I'll also try to scrap some, and when ever I feel like it, I'll give away a little freebie.. A new freebie for you again!

Hi there.
I'm alive, but I got something that makes me throw up a lot, so I'm dead tired all the time.. no energy, no happiness, just "give me a BED PLEEEEEASE!"
But, as a single mom, I don't have that oppurtunity, the day starts at 7am and ends at 11pm, after cleaning up the daily mess.
It's 8 pm here now, and I feel like crap, so this will be a quick freebie post and I won't even put it on digiscrapdepot scrap-gratuit or in the groups, that's how crappy I feel.. so would anyone be a sweetheart and post in the group or so, I'd be grateful!! *hugs and thanks*

Karel, that I used to be in a CT for, has made a lot of cute kits, and just because I am no longer in her CT *she doesn't have one anymore* doesn't mean I'll stop using her graphics.. they're awesome!! I got a kit with the little elf as a belated birthday present from her, that was just sooo sweet of her, THANK YOU Karel :o)
I also used some items from other kits she has made, the chalkboard is from her cute kit "someone's in the kitchen" for example! Head over to Craftyaccents.com and check out her things and join her crafting club!!

And the third and last lo I made tonight is this one:

It's made from the Welcome minikit from DSO.. and even though I'm not too much of a patternperson, this was actually fun to make, and not that hard either ;o)
The cats are my grandmother's kittie *She's called Kitty* in the big pic, and from left to right we have Tazzie (my ex cat, now living on the countryside with her sister), Knasen, (my ex cat, now living with my ex neighbour and friend Lisbeth, on the same street as my parents live, so I can visit him) and Pepzi, my cousin's cat.
Do you like this? I'm kinda new to mixing and matching patterns, so I'll have to work on it, hehe..

Some lo's I made from my kits..lol

Hey there,

I don't just make the kits, I try to use them too..*lol* But it's kinda hard when my son is around me all the time, wanting to "help".. So late nights, when all the clever people go to sleep, I scrap!
I made a lo from my snowman kit, that I thought I'd enter to the "make a lo with SNOW on" over at DSO, and it's made from my Burned snowman kit.. However, I'm no good making lo's with lots of pics, and I wanted to keep it in that kit, so please forgive that it looks messy..*lmao* Im VERY aware of that, ok?
Here's that one:

I tried to "calm it down" by making the center part just blue, not patterned.. Hmm, I didn't see that problem when I made the kit..*lol* Well, that's a way of learning too! No more patterns on frames like this one!

Anyway, Tracy made a layout from this kit yesterday too, and she did a better job than I did, hehe.. here it is:

Well well, what do you know.. I also made a layout just minutes ago, using the color challenge freebie kit I made last night and it turned out like this:
As often, I took an animal into the layout!! I can't help it, most of the pics I have are animals (cats, dogs or horses) and Lucas. Not too many are anything else, so sometimes I have to borrow pics from my cousins and other relatives, haha.
Anyway, that's what I made for now. I'm gonna make some more storestuff, so I'm off now.. AND, I might not be online very much this weekend, since my hubby is coming to town, hehe

Freebietime again, thanks to DSO!

Hi again!!

I'm INSANE! It's 4.45 AM here, and I stayed up all night to finish off a kit for the DSO color challenge.. And this time I used lots of great actions from Atomic Cupcake, so I'll give credit to them: Thanks a LOT!!!
The kit was supposed to have some certain colors, and I would NEVER have picked those myself, all I can say, since I HATE orange and especially combined with any blueish or turqoise color.. *lol..wait 'til you see the kit*
So this WAS a challenge for me.. But it's noway NEAR the challenge it'll be to make a LAYOUT using those colors.. Hmm..
Anyway, here's the prewiew of the kit:

So, I think I did pretty good anyway.. *lol* I added some sparkle, played with plastic and wood and, well.. the main purpose was to have fun, I think, and I did.. so I think I'm ok with the orange and turqoise, I "burned" them and hid it a little behind the sparle, plastic and all the other stuff, so it looks pretty good even to me..*LMAO*
Oh, so you wanna get it too? Well, take it here then!
Guess what? I'm SOOO off to bed now.. not too tired now, but I will be for sure when I wake up.. I'm a night person, not a morningperson.. hehe.. who could tell? *lol*

A layout I made..again!

Hi to you all..
I just wanted to show my latest lo.. my boyfriends german shepherd Nemo! It was a challenge over at DSO and you were supposed to be inspired by an ad.. and this is it.. I used fur, white and silver, all of it was in the ad ;o)
But it was kind of hard to think of something to scrap, hehe.. Well well, here's my result, don't laugh your teeth out, hehe..

He's cute, even if I'm not all that satisfied with the lo, I don't know why, hmm. Well, I finished it off at least, hehe..

Some news!

Hi all!!

I just wanted to give you some news, first, I added a possibility to give away a gift certificate for my store over at Craftyscraps. Just press the button on the right, and follow the instructions!

This time I tried making an alpha, this is the upper case part, the lower case will come too, but not today. I made these from a brand new paper, also incluided in the freebie, and made the alpha look stitched and finally, I "burned" them, a new effect for me, and I have to say I like that one ;o)
I might make a full kit if you want it, from the papers, and if you want it, TELL ME!! Or I won't do it, but go on to other projects, I have lots of them in my head right now ;o)

Hi again.. I just finished another layout from June's kit Raggedy Jane.
My cousin Camilla became my scrap-victim instead of just lucas and animals all the time, hehe..

I like the doll in the corner a lot, and even though I find it a bit hard to have a lot of patterns, I really do like the pattern on the background paper.. A really cute kit from June on Cen's Loft!!

Hi there.
I am not dead, but I feel really sick. Everybody's sick around here, and I catched something too.. I'm DEAD tired, and had to PUSH myself to even turn on the computer.. not good!
Well, since I'm here, I thought I'd tell you I'll give you a quickpage made by Robin from some of my stuff, and she's got a new address on her blog, so I'll change it after posting this..
I also made some layouts, one for Leaonna last friday, that I didn't find time to post, and two for June that I made five minutes ago, with some newer pics..

The pics are my cousin's son Hannez on the left, and my son Lucas, on the right, and they just were pretty in those pics, happy.. and boys.. Here's a lo I made from one of June's freebiekits. Too cute ;o) (I added a rikrak from another one of her freebies too.. They're all available on her blog!) My hubby is on his way to go home on this pic, so I thought the travelling theme was fitting..

I just wanted to give you a little gift for the weekend, since I won't be here too much this weekend, I'm celebrating my son's 3rd birthday and most of my relatives come to celebrate me too, since I have my birthday on wednesday..
But I'll be back on sunday afternoon (swedish time) and I'll probably post another freebie then ;o)
Feel free to use these in your own creations, use the hue/saturation tool to color it up, it turns out really nice!! You may use them in creations you sell too, so I didn't attach a TOU in this freebie, since there are no rules, no need to say thanks to me and, well, just play with them and have some fun!! If you want to share your creations I'd love to see it of course, like anything else you get here.
I saw LOTS of people liked my Blue Snowman kit, and the QP from Leaonna and me too.. Great!!

It's really cute, and I got the honor to work with some of her papers in the kit before she gave it out, I just promised to hold the layout until Friday.. And guess what? Today is FRIDAY!!!

Layout time

I haven't posted a layout made from Michelles kits in a while, so I think it's about time ;o)
I made this one tonight from her Santabear Kit, really cute!
And it was great fun to scrap again, even if I had to make the santahat myself.. Next time I'll change the shape so it won't look so stiff.. hehe..
Anyway, here it is..

The brown and green papers are also made by Michelle, I thought it would have been a bit hard to read the text if I had used any of the other papers, even though they all are really cuuute.. **I LOVE bears, hehe** Thanks Michelle, for letting me use this cutiekit.. I'll probably make something more another day!!

So it's been another weekend.. A quite busy one for me, I might add. I still have tons of things to do.. *lol*
I recieved layouts from my Ct member Tracy/Scrappin A Latte' She used the Cowboy kit I made and that I'll sell in the upcoming store (from December) over at the Craftyscraps Store..

Hope you're having a great weekend? I'm at my boyfriend's and we've been shopping for Lucas' upcoming birthday next sunday..
He'll be three years old!! Time sure flies... *lol* to think it's been three years since I had him, I remember going home on my own birthday, on dec 5th, after having him on dec 2nd.. hehe.. that was the beginning of a never ending "toghether celebraton" of both of us at the same time.. *lol*

Anyway..
I'd like to tell you I have found two great members of my CT, Marilyn and Tracy, both very talented, and sweet!

What's this?!?

Hi!

First, there was some changes of the plans today. I went to my boyfriends and I didn't think I would.. so I haven't had the time I thought I would to make you a freebie or a new slide.. Sorry. I'll try to make it asap.
I helped one of my designers with a little project, and choosed to make that priority one, since she has soo much at her hands right now. i'm honored to even be asked to help a skilled designer out, so thanks Michelle!

When I had a look at the comments on my freebies,I suddenly realized.. somebody has been STEALING from me!
I have uploaded some kits to my 4share that I never put out a link to, I made some ordered kits for someone, and that someone has downloaded once, but it says 5 downloads. And my Cowboy and Golden Christmas kits, that I've uploaded to save me some time when I get into Michelles store, and haven't said it to anyone at all, has 1 and 2 downloads. HOW can that be??
I asked the staff of 4shared, and they had only one explanation and that is somebody has been stealing, since I don't have a password.
I am SO disappointed! Can't you just ASK for the things? Am I not being generous enough?? I don't get it.. WHY do such a thing???
I really got sad and from now on, I'll password protect my stuff, but it feels weird to have to do that.. I thought people could be a little bit more honest..
So it's not a biggie, not too many dl:s, but still.. TOO many anyway...
Who ever did it, I'll probably never know, but SHAME ON YOU! All of you others, THANKS for NOT taking my stuff without permission.

I hope you'll have a wonderful Thanksgiving today!! Since I'm from Sweden I never did this holiday, but I know it's about eating turkey and mashed potatoes, hehe.. Lots of food, that's what I know. We have tons of food for something called "Midsommar" in June, *Mid summers eve* and that's something I don't think is done in USA..
Traditions are different around the world, but generosity is all the same ;o)
And since I feel generous today too, I'll give you some Metal Wordart pieces I've made..

Hi,
Are you busy preparing for tomorrow? Or are you the kind of person who already has it all finished and has got some time to relax?? Well, I'm trying to make my creative process more scheduled, I started making plans last night for how my creative week will be.
Last night I made two more layouts for my designer Karel, she has some REALLY cute stuff on her homepage Http://craftyaccents.com
I made these from some of her kits and freebies:

I also made a layout using Karels snowball from the kit "let it snow" and some freebies from my designer June over at Cen's Loft

Usually I'm not into being mean to cats or any other pet, but I had my son right beside me while making this, and he wanted the snowballs in this so I just "had to" make it fit somehow.. And I think it looks kind of cool now ;o)

I also made this one from my own creations..
The paper was made as a part of a customized kit I did for a customer. I did include some of the papers I made for that customer into the Golden retriever kit freebie *yes, I decided to keep it a freebie* so you can get them if you like this paper.. The rikrak was made with help from June, thanks a lot for sharing your experience!
Well..
After bragging like this, I'm gonna clean my computer a bit, and then I'm gonna make you a freebie and also some things to add to the upcoming store!

Hi all!
Wow, I'm really touched by all of you..
There has been over 120 people emailing me, some just to say thanks and to tell me I'm in their prayers, thank you, and some to send me links to places I should look at as a new designer struggeling to get somewhere, and then we have all the people sending me their layouts made from my kits, they are lovely, thanks SO much for sharing!!!
And then we have the people who want in on my CT, and some who wanted to be my friend.. and even some who liked my stuff so much they wanted me to help them in different ways..
I really feel honored by all this, No words can describe how much I aprecciate your concern and taking the time to write me.. Thank you all very much!!

I'm having lots of meetings today, so I don't know if I'll have time to make you another freebie today, that's why I posted two yesterday.. But after my meetings I'll try to find some time between feeding and bathing and putting my son to sleep.. and maybe I'll be able to post something new then.
I'm gonna make something for tomorrow anyway, that's for sure.
